The Annual Downing Creek 4th of July parade and party is being planned. More information will be posted as event details are finalized. Save the date for this special and popular event!

2019 Swim Season in Full Swing

Downing Creek Celebrates Spring 2019 - Easter Egg Hunt April 20th

Announcing Downing Creek's Annual Easter Party/Egg Hunt

On Saturday, April 20th Meet at the playground and pool parking lot area at 10am.

There will be donuts, fruit, coffee and other breakfast favorites. There will also be bounce house for the kids.

If you plan to attend, please drop off at least 12 eggs filled with age-appropriate toys or treats to 2201 Copeland Way by Friday April 19th.

2019 Swim Season for Downing Creek Pool Begins on May 11

The Downing Creek pool opens on May 11th this year.  Pool/Tennis membership is available to owners and residents of Downing Creek,Cranebridge Place and  Bradford Place communities.  There is a $125 charge Pool/Tennis memberships for residents of Downing Creek and Cranebridge Place, others are included in HOA dues. Pool/Tennis applications will be mailed out in the annual meeting packet and emailed to owners by April 22nd.   If you are a resident and need a pool fob, please email cam@downingcreek.org.

We'll be electing new officers for the 2019-2020 Board and updating owners on what's planned for this coming year.

Annual Meeting packets will be mailed to homeowners and will be delivered by April 23rd. Please join us!
