Downing Creek's Holiday Lights Set Postponed to Friday December 31st

Downing Creek's Annual Holiday Lights event has been moved to New Year's Eve - Friday, December31st.
Our neighborhood supports Ronald McDonald House through the orders of luminary kits that are lit along our streets to welcome the upcoming the Holiday Season.

Let's light up the neighborhood as a "Celebration of Hope for 2022".

It was a great summer! Tennis, pickleball, swimming, jogging, biking, fishing and our new Wild Woods play area for kids were all enjoyed! Our Lending Library was quite popular and continually being filled by our readers. We are thankful for the outdoor amenities that our neighborhood provides. :)

The pool closed on September 12th. Pool members followed Covid19 protocols and safely enjoyed the pool season.

Annual 4th of July Parade for Downing Creek Residents

Please wear your red, white and blue, decorate bike and join us for Downing Creek's Annual 4th of July Parade

Paraders will meet the fire truck on Sunday, July 4th at 9:30am on Chedworth Court and parade down to the pool parking lot where everyone will be treated to a small Kona Ice.

Hope you can help us continue this this special tradition.

Annual Homeowners Meeting - Thursday, June 24th - 7:30 Pool Parking Lot

Downing Creek's Annual Homeowners Meeting will be held on Thursday, June 24th at 7:30 in the pool parking lot. If you are a homeowner and haven't turned in your proxy/ballot, please complete it and place it in the black mailbox on the pool gate.

We will elect new members to the board and give attendees updates on what's happening in the past year and what's planned.

Please make plans to join us!

Pool Opening and Annual Meeting Coming Up

Pool Opening on May 8th:
Pool/Tennis membership is $125 for the year. An application is attached to this email for printing. Hard copies can be picked up at information stations. To join, please place your application and check made out to DCCA in the black drop box on the pool gate. Fobs will be updated in time for pool opening. An email with pool/tennis rules will be sent to everyone who has joined the evening before the pool opens.
