DCCA Annual Meeting - Wednesday, September 14th - 6:30pm

DCCA Annual Meeting will take place on Wednesday, September 14th at 6:30pm at the pool parking lot.

Please bring your own chair and your ballot if you haven't turned it in yet.

In case of rain, members will receive an email link to the meeting on Zoom.

Downing Creek's Annual Homeowners Meeting Postponed Until After Labor Day

Due to unexpected summer travels of some board members and recommendations from some residents, the board has agreed to postpone the next week's annual meeting to a date after Labor Day when summer travel will be over, most residents will be home and hopefully temperatures will be cooler.

We will continue to accept completed ballots as we are short of the number needed for a quorum.

A notification will be sent out to all homeowners when a date has been chosen.

Decorate your scooters/strollers/bikes and meet us on Chedworth Court at 10:30 am

A fire truck will lead our parade down Downing Creek Parkway and end at the pool parking lot where there will be a bounce house for the kiddos.

Bring a snack to share!
