Annual Homeowners Meeting May 20th - Friday Center

The Annual Downing Creek Homeowners Meeting is set for May 20th at 7:00pm at the Friday Center. Agenda will include a presentation on the status of the neighborhood, election of officers and a Crime and Safety presentation by our local Police. Letters will go out to homeowners prior to April 20th with additional details. If you can't make the meeting, please submit your ballots to the drop box at the pool or to someone you know who may be attending. Looking forward to seeing you there!

Downing Creek Annual Halloween Party - October 27th

Downing Creek's Annual Halloween Party and Parade for residents and children will take place on Sunday, October 27th from 3:00 - 6:00 at the pool parking lot. A fire led parade will begin at the corner of Chedworth Court and Downing Parkway at 3:00. There will be bounce houses and games with prizes for kids. Adults can win prizes for best costume or best carved pumpkin. There will be hot dogs, chili and all the condiments as well as pulled pork. Please bring a side dish or dessert to share. If your address ends in an odd number, bring a side.

Pool Closing - September 15th

The pool will close on September 15th. Get your swimming in before it's too late!
