Luminary Night - December 1st

It hard to believe, but luminary night is almost here! Sand will be delivered to the pool parking lot on Friday. If you forgot to order your kits, you can get them Friday and place a check in the drop box to pay for them. $3 per set of 10 bags and 10 candles. Candles will be lit at sunset. As always, we can use assistants to set up and light the ones one the parkway. Please come out to enjoy this December tradition with your neighbors.

New Directors Elected at 2012 Annual Meeting

A big thanks from the DCCA Board of Directors for all of you who turned in your ballots/proxies or attended the meeting. We had both a great turnout and quorum, so we were able to hold the election. The winners were Susan Sonberg and Eric Butler.

Your Ballot/Proxy Is Needed!

If you will not be attending the Downing Creek Annual Meeting on Monday evening, please turn in your ballot/proxy ASAP! These need to go to the dropbox by the pool since there is no time left to mail them. Based on the ballots returned so far, we do not yet have quorum, and of course we never know how many to expect at the meeting.
