DCCA Contact Information



Business and Property Managers

The DCCA Board voted in October 2005 to split the Property Manager position into two position, a Business Manager and a Property Manager due to the increased amount of work required as our community ages. An Interim Property Manager has been appointed while we continue to work out the details of the new arrangement.

You may continue to place materials and dues for both the Property and Business Managers into the locked dropbox by the pool.

Business Managers

Homeowners, realtors, and closing attornies should contact the Business Managers with questions about homeowner association dues.

Interim Property Manager

Contact the Property Manager with questions or comments about the day-to-day maintenance in the community or to be added to the agenda for the next Board Meeting. The Property Manager can also supply application forms for house painting or architectural changes. You may also contact the Interim Property Manager if you are interested in applying for this position.

Architectural Review Committee

The ARC reviews applications for architectural changes and makes recommendations to the DCCA Board.

Landscape Committee

The Landscape Committee has been more or less replaced by a landscape designer working in consultation with the DCCA Board. Residents who have landscaping concerns should contact the Property Manager or a Board Member. Residents wishing to plant in common areas should contact the Property Manager for an application.

The Block Captains help distribute community fliers and Community Watch notices and assist with luminary orders for December.

Mom's Club

The Downing Creek Mom's Club supports mothers and children in our neighborhood. Activities include a babysitting referal list, group garage sales, and several neighborhood parties throught the year for our children.
