Formerly Bradford Place Apartments, Bradford Place now consists of two neighborhoods, each with their own Home Owners Association. All Bradford Place owners are also part of the Downing Creek Community Association, with the same rights and obligations of our single family homes. That is, Bradford Place owners must pay DCCA dues, and receive access to all of DCCA owned community property. Bradford Place owners are also expected to vote at the DCCA annual meeting in May (either in person or by mailed ballot/proxy) and are eligible to serve on the DCCA Board of Directors. Owners must also pay dues into their own HOA and serve on their own Board of Directors. These neighborhood specific associations manage those things specific to each neighborhood, such as landscaping and exterior building maintenance.
