Bradford Place

Bradford Place is made up of TWO separate neighborhood Associations: Bradford Place Garden Style Condominiums and Bradford Place Townhomes, each with their own separate Home Owners Association and each operating individually under their own management.

All Bradford Place Garden Condominium owners and Bradford Place Town Homes owners are also part of the Downing Creek Community Association with the same privileges, rights, and obligations of our single family homes. Bradford Place Garden Condominiums and Bradford Place Town Homes owners pay DCCA dues, as well as receive access to all of DCCA owned community property to include all amenities provided. Paying dues to the DCCA allows all Bradford Place homeowners to participate at the DCCA annual meeting each May. They may do this either in person or by a mailed ballot. They also have the option of selecting another homeowner to represent them as their proxy. All homeowners are eligible to cast a vote in the DCCA Board elections, as well as eligible to serve on the DCCA Board of Directors.

The Bradford Place associations manage their own property specific to each of their neighborhoods, such as landscaping, grounds keeping, exterior building maintenance and governing policies. Bradford Place Garden Condominiums owners and Bradford Place Town Homes owners pay dues to their individual HOA's and therefore are eligible elect their own officers on their boards as well as serve on their own individual Board of Directors.
